Set-up Time:

You will receive an email and phone call confirming our availablility for the date of your event. Once availability is confirmed, an invoice and contract for your event will be emailed to you with our signature ensuring your date will be held for you for 10 days. Please print the contract and mail back with your signature and deposit of 50% within 10 days and your event will be reserved. Deposit is non-refundable witin 2 weeks of event.
